Administrative Assistant

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will be a key team member in providing support to all staff in the Boston office.

As such, he or she will have the opportunity to work across all departments and assist in all areas of administrative support including but not limited to developing and maintaining relationships with supply vendors, assuring office needs are met on a daily basis, working with and coordinating reservations for senior-level staff, scheduling meetings and managing office calendars, manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence, track and replace office supplies as needed, and assist in planning corporate activities and events.

In addition, the selected candidate will perform other duties at the discretion of the Director, Business Operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with some experience in an administrative role.   Additional requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with varying types of personalities while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
  • Quick learner with a proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a self-motivated team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
